Anika's Pizza is a fun family-owned 80s themed pizza restaurant and gift shop in Moultonborough. Looking for fun, easygoing, and hardworking people to join the crew as a full-time pizza cook, fryer operator, making subs and sandwiches, etc - we will train on doing all of these and salary is based on experience. Enjoy a great job while listening to great music and enjoying the fun ‘80s atmosphere equipped with a Pac-man arcade and great décor. Training will be provided on cooking, etc. so no experience is necessary.
We are in a vacation town near lake Winnipesaukee, so weekends tend to be busy on and off throughout the year. We prefer someone who is able to keep up with a fast pace restaurant. While it's mostly steady, or slow, at times, as expected, a pizza restaurant gets pretty busy, especially during the weekend evenings.
Our goal is to provide a good wage to all employees who have demonstrated they are hardworking. We are looking for long term employees. Ideal candidates will be hardworking, honest, reliable, and ready to work in a fun atmosphere. Did we mention reliable?

Anika's Pizza is a fun 80s themed pizza restaurant and gift shop in Moultonborough. Looking for fun, easygoing, and hardworking people to join the crew in both full-time and part-time positions responsible for cooking (pizza cook, line-cook, fryer operator, making subs and sandwiches - we will train on doing all of these), washing dishes, keeping the restaurant clean, serving customers, and cashier; all while listening to great music and enjoying the fun ‘80s atmosphere equipped with a Pac-man arcade. Training will be provided on cooking, etc. so no experience is necessary.
Multiple positions available starting at $10-$16 an hour with supplemental bonus pay based on restaurant success. Essentially, we are in a vacation town with lots of business. We are planning to pay 10% of revenue to our staff as a bonus each day, as long as we meet basic, easy to reach thresholds and job duties are performed. The better the restaurant does, the better employees do. We created this plan to attract dedicated staff who aren't just moving from job to job and are looking for something stable.
Just as an easy-to-follow example, if we have 2 employees working full time any given day, and we make $1000 profit that day, we give 10% split to those employees, meaning, $100 /2 employees = $50, if they work 8 hours per day at $12 an hour, their salary for that day would actually be $18.25 an hour. It's a simple pay structure to reward good employees. We are also committed to providing a raise after 90 days.

We have at 2 full time positions and 3 part time positions, all with the potential for additional hours over the summer and continuing to full time over fall/winter.
